How to Smudge:  To begin smudging open the door and windows in the selected room. Take the sage smudging stick and light it up let the sage to burn until it smokes. Hold the stick while producing a mental affirmation to fill the room. When the fumes are pointed in an uniform direction, this indicate that you can move to the next location. If the fumes are scattered then continue with the rotation of the sage in different directions.
